Exchange and Return Policy

🔄 Exchange

• Exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.

• The product must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

• Exchange is subject to availability of size or color.

↩️ Return

• Returns are accepted within 3 days only from the date of receipt.

• Conditions:

  • The product must not be used or washed.

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.

⚠️ Manufacturing Defect

• In case of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos.

• The store will cover all shipping costs, and will either:

  • Exchange the product, or

  • Issue a full refund.

🚚 Shipping Costs

• For exchanges or returns without a manufacturing defect, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
